Encrypted by default
Every page and every request is served over HTTPS, so the information you send to Meridian Bank is encrypted in transit.
Your account is yours alone
Accounts, balances, transactions and notifications are stored per person and protected by database-level access rules. One member can never load another member's balance or history, and a new account always starts with its own independent balance.
Sign-in
You sign in with your email address and a password of at least six characters. Sessions are held securely in your browser and can be ended at any time by signing out from your profile.
A record of everything
Each transfer, deposit and withdrawal creates a permanent record with an amount, date and time, status and unique reference, so you can always check what happened on your account.
Staying safe
- Use a password you do not reuse anywhere else.
- Only sign in on the official website address shown in your browser.
- We will never ask for your password in chat or by email.
- Tell us straight away if you see a transaction you do not recognise.
