How we use it
We use your information to create and run your account, show your balances and history, process the transfers and withdrawals you request, send you notifications about your account and answer your support questions.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that host our database and power our live chat, and only so those services can operate on our behalf.
Storage and retention
Your information is held in a hosted database with access rules that restrict each record to the account it belongs to. We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile details at any time from the Profile page in the app. To request a copy of your data or the closure of your account, contact us through the contact page.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to run the live chat widget. We do not use advertising trackers.
